Have been going to Florida Medical Clinic for the past 18 years, to many of their different Specialty doctors and have found all of them & their staffs to be professional and caring individuals who are there for their patients. Would highly recommend the Facilities they have to anyone in the area and now joined with Orlando Health, they have plenty of doctors to choose from!

Dr Shifa Malik was my mothers Primary Care Doctor for many years and she was the kindness, nicest, supportive Doctor I have ever met. My mom recently passed away and thank God for all the support I received to help keep Mom at home where she passed. Dr Shifa Malik is a gem. Dr Malik I hope you get a nice long break because working as hard as you do must be exhausting. Sincerely Daughter of LB

The incompetence of this office is astonishing. It takes hours on the phone and MONTHS of waiting to have my payments reflected on my account. This has been an ongoing issue with this office for the past two years. This year, after four phone calls, including two with Fara the head of billing I still don't have a statement reflecting a payment made on April 15. Every time I call they reassure me that my payment will be reflected on a statement that takes 3 weeks to arrive once requested. I would like to pay my bill but need ... read more

I got Dropped as a patient when I complained got frustrated and wouldn't accept poor treatment from the people on the phone. Admittedly I did drop an F bomb when I said I need my F'ing Ozempic but apparently all the staff goes to church 3 days a week and have never gotten frustrated and dropped an F bomb . So beware if you complain you'll be dropped
