I hope someone in management reviews this. I have been going to the Orlando Health Carrolwood office (formerly FMC) for years because it did not have a St. Pete location. Now that there is St. Pete office (I live in St. Pete)I called to bring in my new still under warranty hearing aid to get it repaired. They would not do this for me! They said I had to see a doctor first and become an official patient. I will not be doing this.
Excellent care provided by Dr. Trina Espinola and Claudia Botero. They have an altogether wonderful staff and process. Highly recommend this office for your ENT needs!
I went to see her earlier this year She didn’t bother to help me with my ear issue .. today after suffering for so many months I had to have surgery by ANOTHER GREAT DOCTOR WHO REALLY CARES !! Unfortunately Dr. Smith It’s just the about money
Extremely poor attitudes in the office. Typical of big healthcare corporations. Go somewhere else and do yourself a favor.
The people in this office are very caring and compassionate. I would recommend going here to anyone. My ears were completely clogged and they were able to help me immediately. I am so grateful.
