Very professional. The client representatives and clinicians are the best.
Dr Lockwood dismissed my concerns and prescribed me meds that made my skin issues the worst they’ve ever been in my life. I know my skin and my history, but I barely got to share it. The Dr barely even looked at my skin concern before diagnosing it and prescribing the meds. One of the prescriptions was a new market with no insurance coverage that I conveniently had to purchase through a partnered online pharmacy. I DO NOT recommend going here. The office visit itself was fine but getting someone on the phone to discuss my results has been an impossible nightmare. One day the computers are down, the next the person isn’t there. Apparently only one person in the office is capable of discussing biopsy results. So if you don’t mind waiting to discuss your results go here. If you enjoy got customer care go elsewhere!
This dermatology practice is fabulous! The providers here are all extremely attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Heather Leto specifically treated my acne. She listened to all my concerns and developed a comprehensive treatment plan that has worked wonders for my skin. I couldn't appreciate her enough!
