This was my first time at this practice and my experience with Dr. Ayoubi was disappointing. I was there for a full body scan and the experience felt very rushed. She was very dismissive and did not have good bedside manners. I ended up needing a biopsy done and she was not very re assuring of anything. She kept trying to rush out the door while the nurses took the time to make sure I was okay. It was a pretty traumatic experience.
Dr Ayoubi was good, but I'm disappointed in the office itself. I've been waiting almost three weeks for biopsy results and the only update I received was "it required more testing". I asked for clarification and was told "I can't tell you anything more". I called again for more clarification and was dismissed and told the second round of testing could take another two weeks. Waiting over four weeks to have any sort of update regarding potential cancer is really disappointing. It feels like a billing game to be able to charge... read more
Great dermatology team! I have been a patient of Dr. Nappi’s and Bobbi’s for a little less than a year and I have seen a big difference in my skin health and clarity. They work with you to customize your skin care regimen and forward plan. I highly recommend this practice for best results.
