Conflicting info from office staff each time I called for a prescription refill. Finally was told, I’d have to come in for a ‘prescription refill appointment’, so I did. A week later, still no refill. Called the office to inquire, was told I have to wait on the doctor to approve what was approved during my visit a week ago. Meanwhile, I’m suffering. I regret choosing this clinic.
