Zero stars if possible. My wife was seen by Kinney and was billed for something she wasn't actually being seen for. We tried to fight it but they wouldn't change, even after Kinney said it would be taken off the bill, it wasn't. Lying and worthless. If you are reading this, she never came back because of you.
This company over bills insurance and then passes on to patient
Sat here for over and hour while 4 people went back that came in after me. And was told the back picks who they see. It is up to them who they call back. Really. Unbelievable. This is why I’m leaving Orlando health. You get treated like crap.
They give the worst medical care I have ever seen. They have left my mother in excruciating pain for over a month because they refuse to fix a prescription that their extremely unprofessional doctors can’t seem to write correctly and their staff can’t seem to relay messages the way they are paid to do. This is the absolutely worst place I have ever had the experience of dealing with and I will be finding new doctors that will be taking care of my mother properly.
