This facility is extremally under staffed. Good luck getting your phone calls answered! Staff is VERY RUDE!!!!

Horrible Customer Service and a staff that does not care about the patients. For a week, they kept telling us that their computers were down when we called. I informed them that my son was running out of his medication, and we needed a refill. They would say "no problem" and "we will handle it when the computers came back up". They also said they would call us when their computers were back up. Terrible, unprofessional. I went there for depression from a divorce. My therapist, Felicia Seal was always late. On my second appointment I showed up on time and waited for an hour and then was told I had to reschedule because another patient had an appointment, although I already paid my co-pay. Then It was decided that I needed more help. She scheduled me for an appointment with a Dr. Traveti an his office wouldn't take the appointment.
