Run away, some of the most unhelpful staff I have ever spoken too. Should be ashamed of themselves.
I have called everyday for a week and they still haven’t refilled my prescription. I went through withdrawals because of them.
Rita Morgan and her team have been amazing. So grateful for all they have done for me and the care they provide.
This facility is extremally under staffed. Good luck getting your phone calls answered! Staff is VERY RUDE!!!!
Horrible Customer Service and a staff that does not care about the patients. For a week, they kept telling us that their computers were down when we called. I informed them that my son was running out of his medication, and we needed a refill. They would say "no problem" and "we will handle it when the computers came back up". They also said they would call us when their computers were back up. Finally, my son ran out of his medication, and never receiving a call back, I called and was told they cannot refill his medication ... read more
