Florida Medical patient portal has never worked properly since the changeover to Orlando Health. All previous messages and tests wiped clean. Can never get anyone on the phone in the office or in support to help. Do better for patients!
Although most of the people are nice at these facilities, I am finding a common theme and that is even thought FMC markets themselves in having all of your records in one portal, none of them actually read your history. I am also finding they do the bare minimum to get paid by insurance. I was hoping (so I don't have to move all of my doctors elsewhere) this would change as Orlando Health takes over, but it seems to be getting worse. They make things up in their records. This is the proverbial straw with Florida Medical Clinic. I have had problems with them in the past, but the latest has caused me to change primary care physicians. I have seen the same dermatologist for the past five years since I am high risk for skin cancer. I saw my dermatologist a month ago and he found a few AKs and a few growths that needed to be removed.
