As for as the second chance promotion it is not working, I can only enter one ticket out of ten. I have tried to enter them manually with not luck. How can you have a promotion when it’s not working? When entering the tickets the error comes up to call the lottery which doesn’t do any good, it’s been over two weeks, NO result.
