Very unprofessional staff who is argumentative and does not take accountability. A simple apology would have sufficed. My sister who is disabled and was referred to this clinic for services, by Gulf Coast Independent Living Center back in November. She called and was placed on hold for over 40 min then hung up on. She called back and was placed on hold again for another 15 or so minutes before whoever answered the phone took down her information and promised to call her the following day to schedule an appointment. We have no insurance and needed cataract surgery and injections they did it free for uninsured. And very professional and pleasant staff
