The girl at the front desk is awesome; however, Dr RAJA GOPAL What is a huge disappointment? Last time I was there, she said no way should you have that kidney taken out? It’s major surgery and you’re 83 years old. Today she said well you can have the kidney taken out if you want but you should get a CT then she said don’t get a CT then she said there were some urine test and then she decided no I didn’t need the urine test. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the scheduling staff. I cannot speak for the doctors, but the staff responsible for appointments do not seem to value the patient’s time or needs. At both the Hollywood and Flamingo locations, my appointments were never cancelled, and no one called to notify me of any changes. Instead, I received multiple text messages to confirm the appointments, which I did on time. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no one available to see me. I highly recommend Dr. James Reich and his wonderful office. Dr. Reich is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to explain and treat his patients with the utmost concern and respect. In addition his staff, including Richie Rosario, treat patients with kindness and patience.
