Omg these people are horrible. Honestly the Healthcare system has been a disgrace i see it day by day. My mom lives in Ohio she had traveled multiple times to FL to come see Dr. MORALES , everytime she gets to the office they tell her the Dr no longer works here, or he's not in office, or he doesn't work on Fridays. Great place staff is wonderful.
Stopped by this new Hollywood location to bring a relative to their physician at the clinic. Overall satisfied with the new facility. Parking was fast and easy. There is actually Free Valet for the clinic which made it nice in and out. Staff have been very friendly and professional. I found it to be relatively accommodating on this visit. Overall happy with the front end staff and service at the Hollywood location. Looking forward to coming back on the next visit.
New location parking is far worse than at the Memorial Regional Medical Building TRYING TO GET RX REFILLS IS LIKE TRAVELING TO MARS. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. THEY DONT KNOW WHO IS IN CHARGE. WONT SUPPLY A CORPORATE NUMBER FOR THE CEO. IT TOOK 6 DAYS TO GET A REFILL FOR IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS. THEY REFUSE TO CALL THE PHARMACY. THEY ONLY REFILL IF THE PHARMACY SENDS THE RX ELECTRONICALLY. INMY CASE CVS SENT THEM THE REQUEST BUT THE DR NEVER GOT IT. THESE PEOPLE ARE INFLEXIBLE AND CLEARLY LACK THE IDEA THE PATIENT CENTERED CARE. THEY ... read more
