The attentiveness to appointments via email, calls and I cant say enough of the office front desk staff, mainly Richie who helped us feel comfortable with our situation. My visit was very pleasant. I was greeted by Richie when I arrived. He was very welcoming. Everyone here in this office makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
I was cheerfully greeted by Ritchie and kindly accommodated for my appointment, which I had arrived very early for. I was seen by Dr. Reich and given very good suggestions & information to improve my kidney function. It was a good appointment.
Very courteous and experienced doctor. Richie at the front desk is great. He really helped me with appointments and getting all the paperwork done.
