After finding blood in my urine at 7pm on a Friday night, I called the after hours number 3 times and never received a call back from Dr Silverstein the doctor on call that evening, despite the fact that she told the answering service that she left me a call with detailed instructions on what to do, which I never received from her. Dr K put some random horrible diagnosis on my Visit summary- one of which he never discussed nor tested for and did not belong to me. This caused me such distress and a sleepless night until I heard back from the med assistant. It was a “mistake”. If I would have not read my visit summary, this devastating diagnosis would stay on my record indefinitely!! All doctors in the network can see this!!!
