Tried to make an appointment and the woman actually hung up the phone! Rude, unprofessional and not a great first impression. Will be going elsewhere.
Okay no problem overall but no answering the phone at all in Boynton !
My mother is a patient at Boynton office, Dr. Silverstein takes her time to review her chart, diagnostic test reports, lab work and treatment options.
If you are looking for a doctor that don’t care about your heath and just wants to give you pills you have found the right place... horrible I can not express how sad it makes me feel to have offices like this one that all they care is about what insurance you carry... they don’t even have a on call doctor so when you need to speak to your doctor or doctor on call there is not one available so what is the point f this office you may ask? Who knows 🤷🏻♀️
