Dr. Westphall and Murchison would have had been proud knowing Dr. Viat Ho as he continues their dental legacy at the original location on Ave K in Winter Haven, Fl. As it is usually not easy changing doctors, this has been a relatively smooth transition. I trust the young, daring and knowledgeable of the latest technology.
Everyone was very nice.

This practice seems to be shaping up nicely. Dr. Ho has modernized process and techniques. He is a nice guy and has apparent good technical skills. Now if he can just get his text messages to not be sent at 0700...
Received a call asking if I could come in early due to a cancellation. Did so and within a few minutes I was with the hygienist. She did a wonderful job, explained the condition of my gums, etc , The office was very professionally done .
I had my teeth X-rayed, cleaned, & Dr. Ho looked at them. The dental hygienist was pleasant & caring. Dr. Ho reviewed with me what I should ask/tell my medical doctor concerning a health issue. Dr. Ho was pleasant & seemed to be very concerned about my situation. His office staff were very polite.
Everything I wanted. Realistic assessment and recommendations. Answers questions thoroughly. Nice easy touch during procedure.
