Very impressed. Called for appt. 2 days later I'm being interviewed. I now have several appointments, the promise of a new hip within a couple months, possibly a shoulder later. Dr Hanff is professional, efficient, helpful. Hopefully that transends to his surgical abilities. I've had great reports.
Great service, great people but the cost of a consult at over $250.00 even with insurance is nuts. You should advise your patients BEFORE you see them as to out of pocket expense. After all, you do have their insurance card and information before hand.
I just left here after breaking a bone and ended up with a cast. The office staff was wonderful. The medical staff also was great!!! Definitely recommend going here. Dr. Choi was amazing and just the friendliest doctor. Also barely had any wait and they had to do X-rays. Total waiting and x-ray time was only a few minutes. I don't think I've been in and out of a doctor's office that quick ever. The office staff was also incredibly helpful from the first time I called them and so pleasant.
