We have just returned from a Florida vacation with three grandchildren 13, 14 and 16 years old. Jeff made our reservations and stayed in contact with us through the week. We had a problem with a toilet paper holder that fell off and a towel bar with the same problem. I sent Jeff an email and within 2 hours, Moises was there and had the repair done in very short time.
