I beg to differ from the only other comment made. I have been using Gulf Coast and their Radiology services for years now. My doctor will ALWAYS check to see that any test ordered is covered by my insurance. I have always found their staff to be polite and professional and have never had any problems with their services, billing, or medical team. Gulf Coast Medical and Florida Institute of Advanced Imaging is a company that does not work for patients. ONLY MONEY!!!! They do NOT inform the patients that they are not in network and do not let you know ahead of time amount of money to be demanded!!!! EXTREMELY POOR PATIENT CARE!!!!!! NO COURTESY WHATSOEVER!!!! DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
