This company was hired to do an inspection to a brand new home and Frank Delgado de owner and inspector just makes up the comments in his reports to justify being paid.!!! Sends his reports with false comments to insurance companies so the insurance is increased to you!! Beware!! Worst inspection company you can hire. You will regret it.
I was refereed by a fiend to call this company because of their prices, the saying is so true- You Get What You Pay For!!! this is how it went.... We hired this company on a very stressful situation due to the fact that we were buying a home and we were trying to close earlier than anticipated. They came out and conducted the job.
