If I can give 0 stars I would! My daughter was scheduled for a same day urgent appointment. They refused to see her because according to them she needed to pay her deductible. I immediately contacted the insurance company and was told that was incorrect all that was needed was the office copay. My daughter provided this information to the office staff. DO NOT GO HERE. I BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR THEM TO ORDER MY CPAP THRU MY NEW INSURANCE PROVIDER i still do not have it and i men calling since november. No one answers my calls or voice mails or calls me back. I even used the damb contact us form. Im going to get heart failure from sleep apnea before i get any help
You can never get through to a person. They put you on a queue and when you're finally #1 eight (8) minutes later it tells you to leave a message and wait for a call back within 72 hours.
The Doctor Alabi and his Staff are absolutely amazing... they truly care about their Guests!! They go over and above to do all they can to help you on everything!
