My son, who has special needs, had an MRI scheduled. Tim met us after being called back and after discussing some of the details of the test suggested that we also had to option to go to the main hospital as they have a newer machine that would be half the time. He didn’t pressure us at all but just wanted us know the option. My son has Down syndrome and ASD and is mostly non verbal. Tim taking the time and consideration to explain the option to use the machine at the hospital was so thoughtful. That is how you care for spec... read more

. I have to acknowledge Dr. Diep and Brooke and the best phlebotomist Crystal in Florida !! The staff behind the glass have been very nice and everyone takes their job seriously,,,because it really is !! Thank you. This is not a fast food place and shifts in time are caused by the individual cases and tests that many times are only discovered one step at a TIME for each and every important patient by and for their particular needs !! I don't know what's going on with advent health customer service. I spoke to 5 different people to try to schedule an ultrasound appt. They either transfer you cause you called out of area, put you on quiet hold without telling you anything & don't come back to you, or they hang up on you when you're trying to ask a question & don't call you back. It's the last time I go thru advent health for imaging needs which means they just lost business.
