Appointment rescheduled. for the third time, no notification. When I arrived at the office only one window was opened. I waited 20 minutes as the clerk was scheduling a test for a patient. My turn, gave my name and appointment time with a PA Dr Dennison Dr Barrios doctor I was to see is out for 2 months? I was then advised that appointment for 4:15 has been rescheduled for August 8 A previous patient said run don't walk to another practice

I agree with the majority of these negative reviews. I had a heart attack in 2019, moved to Florida and got established with FHA. They continually cancel my appointments (3 times so far). The appointment hold time is more than 20 minutes and the answering service takes a message but nobody calls me back. Definitely run away.

Run, don't walk, to another cardiology practice. (not usually good advice for heart patients but the better alternative here). The doctor? Wonderful. The MA assisting? Wonderful. The practice? A nightmare. Good luck getting through to them. Call and wait forever. Sometimes, after waiting, get through and they hang up on you. Not nice. I even drove over to try to get my procedure scheduled and was quickly rebuffed by a surly, dismissive woman helping at the front desk. "They're working on it. There's nothing I can do." One of the most rude staff I have encountered. I doubt the nurses even give messages to the doctors. Impossible to get a message through to your doctor. You are not given access to your test results. Told you never called, when important message is left. I don't believe your symptoms are really listened too. We are not treated as individual patients, but grouped as people with similar symptoms. Each person can have different symptoms for same ailments. And different tolerance to meds. I only got to talk to my doctor at a... read more
