I love Dr. Burow but their Cape Coral staff sucks. I went in to a scheduled appointment today to get help with my loop recorder sending unit. The lady told me she 'was too busy to help me with that.' She had her own agenda and it was not helping me. I need someplace that actually cares about customers.
Impossible to make an appointment. I have been trying to get an appointment for my husband for over a week. On hold for 20 to 30 minutes before finally hanging up. Went online and filled out a form requesting an appointment and never heard from anyone. Called and left a message with the answering service requesting someone call me for an appointment, no one calls. Finally called and asked to speak to the office manager and I was put on hold again.
