-1 star. The worst health insurance, almost 5 months sending papers to prove our family incom . Every time there was something missing . I was so detailed in everything I sent and always something was missing . I called customer service they have the same answers. "You need to wait more time". Noone couldn't check and read what I sent. Finally, thanks to " Frances" she checked and read what I sent and she even said you have sent all the requirements I have no idea why they still reading and asking for the same thing. I HATE this insurance. I'm always getting the run around. No providers are updated in the system. It's always a hassle. They switched my son from Medicaid to Medicare because they claim i make too much money. However, my son was better off where he was. Then they want to charge you monthly with no clear benefits.
If you want no providers and having to wait 3-6 months to see a doctor 50-80 miles away then go with this state provider. It is disgusting this is what is offered as health care.
250 a month for one parent to pay is ridiculous! But if we don't pay it then our babies wont get medical care.
Worst company ever they sent me a letter stating they needed more info and I provided same day then received a letter saying my baby was approved and who her dental and doctor was and now they are saying they don’t have that letter and only see a denial letter they can’t even keep track of what they are approving and sending out don’t waste your time
