I wish there was a different company to use. The Melbourne office has been THE WORST part of the entire graduation process.
My experience was just bad I ordered the graduation package and I wanted to cancel the order because I didn't knew I could buy only the cap and gown I called them and they told me that they couldn't cancel the order if that's the case why does it say on the website that you have 24 hours to make a change in your order or to cancel it
Awful customer service! Employees are rude and show no kindness or understanding.
