Marlon and his team were professional, timely and clean. He was very flexible and accessible due to internet issues (on our end). He personally monitors the thermostat and can notify us if he detects any problems Highly recommend!!!
Marlin was great! He gave me a good deal, he was punctual, a rarity in naples, he did a nice job with the installation, including having an extremely neat worksite, and was in and out when he said he would be. I've used Florida Glacier for a while and I've been very happy with their responsiveness and level of care. They are very knowledgeable about their systems and very competitive in their pricing.
Our 11 year old ac went out on a hot Wednesday in early fall. Existing provider gave an estimate for a new system over the phone and set an app’t for the following week and installation a week later if we agreed. A friend suggested Florida Glacier. Owner arrived that afternoon. Gave us a FIXED price for a new more powerful system substantially less than existing provider. We agreed and he installed it on Friday! State of the art system I can control by wifi if I want. This company is our new provider.
