Basic equipment. Not much in the area of machines. Mainly cardio work out and kick boxing, and some classes under ac!.. prices are reasonable considering the offerings. Good costumer service but not keeping health protocols; not good !
Update... Six month's and I'm much stronger and have more endrurance than I've had in years. It's been helping the wife too. Just started...but they are doing a great job of killing us slowly in a good way! Whole family is jumping in. We definitely needed it.
I love Zumba class here! Miss Daly gets us moving to the beat and it is a blast. It is also a great cardio workout. I always look forward to going and enjoy some dancing with my Zumba friends every Monday night! If you like dancing and need a good workout, you should try Zumba here!
