Mike did an excellent job. He was quick to respond and make our weekend away much better with everything back working in less than and hour. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area needing RV repair. Especially while on a getaway. Thank you Mike and to the company.
Arrived in short order and immediately assessed the situation and went straight to work correcting the problem.. friendly efficient crew of workmen.
Came to look at my rv. Seen the slide not work said 3500 to fix...didn't look at all charged 325 said it'll come off the repairs tried scheduling for 2 months he won't reply. Scam artist yall beware.
Horrible experience! I paid them, they didn't order my material (covered under warranty) for 2 months, then asked me (when I was in bed sick to climb a ladder and take measurements) . Talked with Forest River, they sent an upgraded awning and Dana told me it wouldn't fit my camper. After talking to Forest River, they sent the instructions to Dana and the owner Doug, I still didn't get my upgraded awning. They asked me to help install the awning, why did I pay them?!
