We took Amy though the house to show her what we wanted to do which was to replace the existing ceramic tiles with vinyl laminate. 1st off because there were no cracks or hollow spots, she said there is no need to go through the cost and mess of removing tiles. The laminate can go on top. Brilliant. 2nd, she showed us how a previous company had been sloppy with installation by having too many of one shade in the same area and not scattered.
