Beware!!! I purchased a 2003 Mercedes from the dealership and I live in Louisiana. I was told the vehicle ran great. Well, the car was delivered and had to be jumped to even get it off the delivery truck. The car would not remain running so I had it towed to Mercedes of New Orleans. Mercedes informed me that the fuel pump, sender units and rear sam control unit were bad. I am so,ooo HAPPY !! My name is Maria, and this is my review. Florida fine cars was recomended to me by a girlfriend who purchased an Infinity m 35 from them a couple of months ago. Anyway I took delivery of my beautiful BMW 328 last night. The whole process was smooth.Got much more than I expected for my trade, John was so sweet and patient, and the manager Richard helped me make is affordable.I will be buying all my future cars from them.
Great experience I was ready for the typical bad car-buying experience when I walked into Florida Fine Cars in Hollywood Florida. I was pleased to find a beautiful showroom with very nice cars, and overall a very organized dealership. Every bit as nice as the New Car Dealers. Scam Artists Recently I purchased a BMW X 5 from Florida Fine Cars, I drove over 2 hours to pick up the vehicle, When I arrived, and to my surprise the vehicle was filthy both inside and out. The moonroof was completely off track, and other misc. items were not working. I expressed my disappointment and was pleaded with from Joe in finance and Rafael to give them another chance as there was a miscommunication on their end.
