The quality of work of this business is terrible. Put in a concrete slab before the screened in area in our backyard and failed to cover the concrete with plastic tarps before a heavy rain. The concrete is pitted and looks 200 years old - the manager told me people like it this way. (Yeah, who???) They also broke a piece of our siding when attaching the screening frame to our house. They gave us no satisfaction. I would only recommend them to my ex-wife.
It was the worst service you can POSSIBLY get. I thought it couldn't get worse, and then it did, like 6 different times. At one point I wasn't sure if they took the first half of the money and screwed me over. Luckily 3 weeks PAST DUE DATE they arrived.... with the wrong fence. Employees do not answer e-mails or phone calls in timely manner or call you back period. I advise everyone and anyone to use a different company. ANYONE
