Awful insurance company -- will sell out your policy to another company without telling you and then take no responsibility when that other company fails to send you mail, bills, notices, etc... Doesn't have right info coordinated with insurance company they sold you to. Disorganized, untrained employees handling very important things for you and your family.
BE AWARE in your dealings with these people and Insurance company!!! Todd Rowan and the Florida Farm Bureau Insurance company are simply con artists and crooks. They will lie to you to get you sign an agreement and then screw you. I don't have insurance with them but I had to deal with them because of their policy holder who hit my car from behind while I was sitting at a red light and totaled it. They were supposed to cover all the rental car expenses and that was the agreement. I had to get full coverage for the rental car... read more
