Out with the old in with the new The office is let's just say awesome. Dr Juma and her staff are pleasant and ready to assist you in your needs. Dr juma and her associates listen to you and find the best ways to take care of you through different plans for your needs. I wish all my family and friends (Hope all) will give them a chance. From the time you walk in the door Alicia (front desk) makes you feel totally welcomed!! Dr. Juma is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the fact that she took the time to explain everything to me in detail which totally put me at ease during my visit. I also cannot forget Maria (dental assistant) as she too was very helpful and gentle and also explained her every move to me (she also checked on me the following day to make sure I was ok and wasn't experiencing any discomfort). The front desk awesome! Owner and Assistant horrible. Their attitudes very unprofessional. Especially the Assistant. She was just mean and angry. Maybe having a bad day. Owner doesn't know how to talk to people. Not once asked me why I was upset and walked out.. just told me what she thought was the problem and try to justify on behalf of her assistant with out letting me get one word in. I love coming here to get my teeth taken care of. The staff is always friendly (bringing them Jolly Ranchers helps lighten the mood) and Dr Juma is awesome!! I haven't been taken care of my teeth, but Dr Juma has helped me get on the right track for my teeth. I would recommend her to any of my friends (as well as strangers), if they needed dental work.
