Whole staff was very professional but welcoming. I didn't get everyone's name, but Yolanda & Juan (in addition to Dr. Katz, of course) were wonderful. I highly recommend this facility.
Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Felt very comfortable and Dr Schecter is the best.
My husband had cataract surgery by Dr. Schechter with the Symfony implant. He is thrilled with the results. No glasses needed at all! Everything was great.
I had so many exams in the past couple years everything was fine and then the last year the customer service was horrible I never get an answer, I cannot make appointment and I get always the runaround.. when I needed to get a copy of my eyeglasses prescription they dare to charge me even the exam was paid for by the insurance.. just want to milk the insurance more and of course the patient never again.. sham sham... I did call today @ 9:30 am 03/20/217 HOPE people read this..
The Dr's & staff are efficient & caring. The wait time is very lengthy at times depending on reason for appointment. However, they can be accomodating depending on your circumstances. They have high quality medical services. I have seen Dr Katz for retinal treatment & surgery & yesterday Dr Schecter for cataract surgery. They along with their supporting staff are informative every step of the way. The 1.5 hr drive I travel each way is well worth it.
