The doctor I go to, I love! What I don't love is the 2+ hours it takes to wait, test, wait, see the doctor, wait, check out. I'm over it already. Time for a doctor in private practice.
25 * A++++ make this the first call for your eye exam. The staff is incredible, they couldn't have been nicer. Dr. Schlinder is amazing. He was kind and showed true caring for his patient, me. He took as much time as I needed to understand what was wrong with my eyes. Step by step information that was not rushed. I could tell he enjoyed his work and sharing his gift with others. In addition, he ensured I could have new glasses by the end of the day. I enjoyed my time at this office. Thank you all.
I saw three different people during my appointment. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a nice start. The person who did the eye measurements for my glasses worked very quickly, and the process felt rushed and incomplete compared to previous exams. As I read the letters, I kept saying they were blurry, but my comments were ignored. She didn’t show me any photos or color tests, which other optometrists usually include—so that part felt lacking.
