I saw three different people during my appointment. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a nice start. The person who did the eye measurements for my glasses worked very quickly, and the process felt rushed and incomplete compared to previous exams. As I read the letters, I kept saying they were blurry, but my comments were ignored. She didn’t show me any photos or color tests, which other optometrists usually include—so that part felt lacking. I felt like something was in my eye and I went to MedFast and they said I scratched my eye but next morning it was still irritating me. I knew there was something in it, so I made an appointment and came here for a second opinion. Not only was it cheaper but I was correct there was something in my eye and Dr . Wang was awesome and tbh everyone there was amazing and very helpful. Can’t say thank you enough
