Matt SAVED us from a nightmare situation when we made a huge mistake and hired a realtor from a large, well known company who was completely negligent and made no real effort in selling our Florida home quickly. Her policy was basically to wait and reduce price every 2 weeks. Super unprofessional and do not respond to texts or calls. Do NOT use them for anything….
Matt was an absolutely stellar realtor. He was able to consult with us prior to listing our home and point out what could maximize our sale price. He was able to list the townhome on a Wednesday and we picked from multiple generous offers on Sunday. Next he helped us search for a single family home. He navigated us to a steal of a deal. Because of Matt we were able to find our dream home, sell high and buy low all within a few months. There isn’t a better option around.
