We've used a couple of rental agencies on AMI and would recommend Florida Dreams. Communication was strong throughout the process. When we had a problem with the garbage disposal it was addressed in a timely manner by an island handy man who arrived on a bike, tools and part in hand. After spending the week and witnessing all the work and recovery to still be done we were grateful that this property was ready for our stay.
We stayed at the Papaya House which we booked through VRBO, but the property was managed by Florida Dreams. We were only thr 3rd guests at this property which was clean, beautiful, and fully stocked. Any minor issues we had were addressed promptly. Wish I had booked with them directly to save a few bucks from VRBO. Everyone there that I communicated with was friendly and helpful.
Excellent rental company with great properties! Always use them to book our vacation.
Would definitely stay at this house again and would rent again through Florida Deams! Great staff, professional, courteous, great customer service!
