I called to ask for an application for a unit I was interested in. Because I asked to see the unit at a different time then what they preferred I was threatened ( by supervisor Kyle Perkin) to be sued in a matter of seconds. Anyone that threatens to sue anyone is going to always try and find something to sue you for. Not a good company at all. I guaranteed anyone who rents from them will be sued for looking at them in the wrong way; Please be advised! "Kyle Perkin" you are something else.
Great management company. They have been there through some challenging times which they have made seamless for us as landlords. Very responsive and definitely would recommend Florida Dominion.
