This place is a joke. I should have read the reviews first before recommending it to a friend. Her appointment was scheduled (6 months out) and we were on our way (we live 1.5 hours away) and they called and said they had a cancellation that she needed to come earlier. Check out lady is combative. While trying to help my wife who is disabled make a second appointment l I was cut off by the employee who said very rudely I am speaking to the patient. Both my wife and I were taken aback by this employees behavior completely unprofessional and she then went as far as to call me combative when I was calm. I generally do not recommend anyone should be fired from their job because I know that people have families but this person should be fired complete lack of care and professionalism especially... read more

Don't trust anything their schedulers say. They told my girlfriend she was good to go for her appointment. It was 2 months out, that's how long it took. Then at the last minute they said they needed a insurance authorization. We quickly rushed to her general doctor and they promised to fax it ASAP. When we woke up they called and told us the appointment was canceled anyway. Whoever told my wife she didn't need to fax it and outright said if she faxed it she would get in trouble should be fired.
