This place is a joke. I should have read the reviews first before recommending it to a friend. Her appointment was scheduled (6 months out) and we were on our way (we live 1.5 hours away) and they called and said they had a cancellation that she needed to come earlier. She said we were already on our way but still had an hour and 20 minutes to go. The lady then said to schedule telehealth instead. She’s already paid for a babysitter and we’re already on the road. Check out lady is combative. While trying to help my wife who is disabled make a second appointment l I was cut off by the employee who said very rudely I am speaking to the patient. Both my wife and I were taken aback by this employees behavior completely unprofessional and she then went as far as to call me combative when I was calm.
