Dr Palermo and her staff far exceeded my expectations from the seamless appointment scheduling to the actual procedure. Very thorough in her information and was determined to put my mind at ease. To top It off she personally gave me a call that evening to follow up. Would definitely recommend her facility to others.
Dr.Ricalde and her team are all amazing! Highly recommended! My son will have his palate repair on Thursday and I am confident that it's going to be a smooth surgery and quick recovery for my son, just like when he had his lip and nose done when he was 3mons old. I am amazed by this doctors ability to create a peaceful environment during our five years together. My son loved going to her office and getting something out of the treasure bin! She is knowledgeable, kind and the office is always prompt.
