Front desk lady called me to schedule my буо FIRST appointment an was EXTREMELY disrespectful!!! I am highly disappointed her disgusting slick comments were very unprotessional maybe it's time to consider a new profession maybe even time for her to retire with that attitude & all these disappointing reviews. Definitely called his pediatrician for new referral to elsewhere! 10/10 will NEVER step foot in here nor refer ANYONE! Absolutely ridiculous on the front desk who returns calls.
0 respect for the patient, I had an appointment for the first time I took a Uber paying $180 and when I got to the office, they told me the doctor canceled all the patients. Active military arrived 45 min early to 1100 am appointment. Very unfriendly space walking in. Felt like a I was waiting to be processed for a crime. I was given paper to fill out for first visit after reading 10 signs and finally ringing doorbell. Place truly deserves no stars regarding Donna Merwin, their billing manager and appointment maker for Porsha. She has stolen money from bank accounts WITHOUT client authorization, takes months to reply back to clients, gives excuse after excuse, leaves disgusting, rude, and nasty emails on minor clients voicemails and LIES to other parties/parents to stay "involved, and relevant" in unnecessary drama. This place is a joke, as mental health is a serious issue and this place doesn’t take it serious. 3 days of trying to book an appointment finally got an appointment and the appointment was cancelled the same day of the appointment,I didn’t get to be put with another provider just a rescheduling. I took off today for this.I am not rescheduling I guess back to the grind and find another provider that cares.
