I would like to give a special appreciation to our delivery guys Shane and Donnie. We get deliveries daily and they both go above and beyond for us. They always have a smile on their faces and help unload the truck when our guys are gone. Florida Cooling/Baker has the best customer service around from the counter to the deliveries. We appreciate all of them for doing an outstanding job for us.
This is the best HVAC supply shop in Polk County. Chris, Jenny, Jimmy, Jay and Shyanne all do a great job taking care of their customers.
