Lies, lies and more lies. Kentron, the ac tech told me I would get a 3 year service and parts warranty with my central ac purchase. He never gave me a receipt for my purchase or a written warranty. Called Florida Cooling and was told that they do not give this warranty. Called Kenyon repeatedly. His phone goes straight to voicemail which it says is full. Do not trust these people. They do not stand behind a promised warranty.
Eddy was very responsive and clear about the scope of the work. Made it easy to replace m AC Unit
This is the 2nd time I have used Florida Cooling for new HVAC install on my second property. This company is the definition of quality and great customer service service. Eddy truly stands behind his service. I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.
Eddy and Eddy are wonderful people. They work hard and did a fantastic job installing a new AC unit inside and outside. They were punctual and worked very fast on replacing my AC Unit after it broke on us. They kept the working area clean and picked up after themselves. I’m very satisfied with the worked performed at home.
