This has to be the absolute worst for getting any prescriptions refilled for your children. No one ever answers the phone, never returns any calls if they do get the message. Every month for several years it's consistently like this, I cannot be the only one with the same problem. Saturday morning I paid him a visit the lobby's full there's one person working up front and one in the back, no wonder nothing can get done in a timely manner. Had a pediatrician asked me if I was neglecting my son after explaining to them why I thought my son had autism, and then told me to get my son circumcised when there was nothing wrong with him. No recommendations to get my son tested, for behavioral health, or speech therapy. My new pediatrician did though and she’s great!
I have been going to see Dr. Hernandez for a little over a year. He has the most awesome personality and truly cares for people. He takes his time and make sure that you understand. Thank you so much
This location is TERRIBLE! I called to make a new patient appointment for my daughter 3 months ago which was scheduled for March 24th. I received a call today ( 2 weeks before the appointment) that the doctor that she was scheduled to see was not going to be available and we would have to reschedule for May which is completely unacceptable. I told them to forget it. I checked the insurance website to see that there several doctors in the practice so I called back to see if she could get in earlier with one of the doctors.
