Came out to our business within 2 hours of our initial call. Was alerted when they were on the way by their office. Repaired our problem and had our staff happy. Cost was reasonable, service was great.
We were told the compressor was bad and we needed an entirely new system. Granted it's a 14 year old system, but we're snow birds & don't run the unit that much. We got another opinion and we were told there was a small leak and they added 1/2 lb of Freon. The owner did reach out to me after talking to his service tech. He offered to reimburse us for the service call. He also states he runs a reputable company and works very hard.
