We were living outside Orlando, FL. And wanted to move to St. Augustine. We contacted Gretchen Schmidt of the Florida Coastal Team, EXP Reality to look at homes a new construction in this area. Gretchen met with us at our home (2 hours away!) and we were so impressed by her we decided to have her sell our house and broker a new house.
