Feels dirty and very unprofessional. Walked in, no greeting. The receptionist is talking Spanish with another Spanish customer who seem like friend because of the way they spoke since I know Spanish. Had an appointment and ended up waiting 30 mins, when I asked how long more she said 3 more people are in front of me. 🤦🏻♀️
