trustworthy everything expected is good, everybody in the office is very friendly, I definatly trust the Dr for my care. She always answers all my questions I have been here for 8 years and I still refer people there
Been trying to get a refund since jan 2010 for overpayment. I visited this doctor as was charged incorrectly. I was overcharged for my deductible. Ever since January 2010, I have been trying to get a refund for it and have not heard back from them. I even contracted my health insurance and they also sent over a request for refund. VERY disorganized and unethical. Got paid from my insurance, charged me way over my deductible and will not refund my money.
Bangladesh meets Lake Mary Dr. Anita Gupta - Rules her office by way of arbitrary medical conclusions while autocratically forcing all staff including office management toward business decisions contrary to the fundamentals of quality care. This Dr. is not only Rude to her patients, she hides behind her staff who themselves admit to not understanding her crude disposition and practices.
