Great crew always upbeat and positive
This review should have been written right after I was seen over two years ago, but I was a little in shock over my experience. The PA was nice but whoever the nurse that roomed me and gave my injection did not follow hygiene practices. She took my health history on the IPad while the whole time wearing gloves. She then proceeded to give me a numbing injection and did not change her dirty gloves or wash her hands. I should have stopped her right then and there but I did not.
