I had to cancel my appointment the same day because my husband was in the hospital for congestive heart failure and the heartless staff had the nerve to ask did he go in that day or the day before. I told her do you really that my mind was really on a appointment or saving his life. Ugh. Some people just shouldn’t be in the medical field.
