I have been very very sick for the past 2 1/2 years. I have gained over 30 pounds and taken numerous antibiotics, numerous prednisone numerous medicines to make me feel better. I finally begged and pleaded to go to an immunologist. When I met Dr. Francis, I knew she was going to take care of me. How she explained everything to me I basically don’t have an immune system. Me atendieron muy rápido, la doctora es excelente, muy buena atención, estoy bien satisfecha con el lugar.
Unfortunately I was treated very poorly by Alejandra who works at the front in this center. I am pregnant and she did not want to receive my referral from my OB even though my insurance confirmed multiple times with me that it was OK. She made me pay nearly $300 for a visit that took 5 minutes. She is rude, unprofessional and with zero empathy.
Dr. Bonasere was very kind and so SO very helpful with helping my daughter go through an allergy test. Kindest doctor for children! And the staff was the nicest!!! Would recommend!
The Florida Allergy center located on bird road and 118 Ave is one of the best ones I've been to so far. Dr. Adriana Bonansea-Frances has properly medicated my children, I can't say the same for the pulmologist or prior allergy specialists we have been to. Thank you Dr. Bonansea-Frances and Kendal Regional STAFF! YOU HAVE CERTAINLY MADE A DIFFERECE IN MY CHILDREN'S LIFE.
