I don't really do online surveys but this time I had to because this was a big decision I had to make (buying a car) and auto show helped me to get the best car with the best deal! I saw a car online and when I went to floridacarsusa, I talked to the Roman and he helped me find exactly what I wanted at a price that I could afford. I've been looking for a good car for a while and I finally got one thanks to 06 white honda civic with only 80k miles and no major problems! great buy :)
Update - The owner contacted me to let me know he has hired new staff and is working on improving the company. He offered to personally look into my complaints and they were quickly resolved. I am completely satisfied with the results. Thank you! *** Please check BBB report before going here!!! My husband and I were promised copies of our paperwork and they kept ignoring us when we called. We finally ended up going in person to get them. I will never recommend this company ! I bought a used car, and a car seller called Roman told me that the car is good, no problems, and the little things to fix like the mirror will be fixed next week... Like an idiot I trust him, and now I have so many things to fix. I've already spent $1000 to fix the brakes and others mechanical problems. In appearance the car is good, but so many hidden problems. Brakes, leaks, motor,... This guy was the worst person I met this year.
Do not ever deal with this business. I gave them a $500 deposit for a car. Afterwards they tell me that the car is $700 more (dealer fee). I told them I didn't want the car and now I can't get my deposit back. Been told the checks in the mail, the accountant's not in. The supervisor isn't there to approve it. Etc.... 2 months later.... nothing....

Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile. Wish I could say the same about other dealerships, but thats another story.
